This brand new 44,000 sq. ft. facility seamlessly blends heritage charm with modern amenities. Designed to celebrate Pickering’s rich history and foster community connection, this dynamic space is a perfect for hosting weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, corporate events, and more.

Located in North Pickering at 2365 6th Concession Road, Greenwood, with convenient parking, and quick, easy access to major highways.

Whether hosting an elegant celebration or an intimate gathering, the beautifully designed space and scenic natural surroundings of this venue provide the perfect backdrop for every moment.

Facility Rates and Features

The Dorsay Community & Heritage Centre provides a truly unique setting that blends modern elegance with heritage charm—an ideal backdrop for your dream wedding. Its modern design and historic touches create a warm, welcoming setting for your special day.

Venue Highlights: Multi-purpose Banquet Hall with stage, outdoor patio & garden, catering kitchen, lobby, and fully accessible for all attendees.

Available year-round; Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Full Room: $5,000 (May 1 - October 31)

$4,500 (November 1 - April 30)

Half Room: $2,500 (May 1 - October 31)

The Garden Package

Host your ceremony in a picturesque setting, surrounded by a beautiful landscape that combines sophistication, elegance and historical charm into one.

Garden Ceremonies and Cocktail Receptions are available outdoors from May 1 to September 30.

Dorsay Meeting Room

The Dorsay Meeting Room offers a peaceful and professional setting for small meetings and gatherings. With large windows that overlook the beautiful grounds, this bright and welcoming space provides a scenic backdrop that inspires focus, creativity, and collaboration.

Banquet Hall

The banquet hall is ideal for a wide range of events—from community gatherings to private celebrations and corporate functions. With flexible indoor and outdoor spaces in a scenic rural setting and convenient on-site parking, it’s a versatile space for any occasion.

Outdoor Patio

The patio offers a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for medium to large gatherings. With its open layout and scenic backdrop, it provides a stunning setting for wedding cocktail hours, casual receptions, and a variety of social events. Whether you're celebrating a milestone or hosting a relaxed get-together, the patio creates a memorable experience in nature’s embrace.

Capacity: 200 for social gatherings (cocktail tables)

Program Room

The program room is a bright and versatile space ideal for smaller rentals, this room is perfect for hosting meetings, workshops, or intimate gatherings. It also includes a convenient a sink and fridge, making it easy to accommodate light catering or refreshments.

Capacity: 60 social gathering (tables & chairs)

Teaching Kitchen

When the teaching kitchen is not in use for City programming, this space is ideal for large family holiday baking, meal prep, and catering needs. Looking for more space? The Teaching Kitchen can also be rented in combination with other rooms, making it a flexible option for larger gatherings or multi-room events.
